Harry Hayden

Harry is a results-driven sales and sales management coach and mentor shunning traditional B2B sales methods. Prior to setting up Perform Coaching in 2005, he had 20 years of success in business solutions sales.

He has built high performing European sales teams for several multinationals and also served on the boards of small companies, introducing sales strategies that resulted in significant sustained business growth.

His previous experience prior to setting up Perform Coaching is outlined below:

  • Harry held a board position at Cognito Ltd, where as commercial director he led a new business turnaround delivering a 74% increase in annual recurring revenues.
     
  • Previously Harry was VP Western Europe for Avaya (and board director Avaya, Spain) where he led a multicultural team to grow revenues by 89% to $136m.
     
  • Before this Harry was Senior EMEA Director at UUNET and a founding director of the global sales group, leading a team of 70 to drive revenues from US$24m to $107m.

Antonio Falco, Business Facilitator, Guide and Mentor has been working with business people and their businesses for over 12 years. Practical in his approach, he has developed a highly tuned intuition that has guided him to understanding the problems that businesses face and the solutions that will be effective in solving them, going on to successfully help implement those solutions.

Prior to him starting his own business, Antonio had a very successful career in sales where he worked for companies such as EMC2 and Lombard.

Jason has over 15 years experience in the IT industry, and has worked for both large and small organisations.

During the .COM boom he worked in the USA for Powerway Inc., and more recently he has worked for a number of Blue Chips including Sony, Barclays Bank and most recently Microsoft were he has been UK marketing manager for a number of years.

Critically, Jason has top-level CRM experience, as he was the Product Manager for Janna Systems Inc, in the mid nineties before they were acquired by Siebel.
